The Traceability of Shrimps feature in TOMOTA ensures you can track the journey of shrimp products from farm to table, providing transparency and reliability in your supply chain. Follow these steps to utilize this feature effectively:
I. Access the Shrimp Traceability Module

2. In the Farming Cycle tab, select the cycle you want to view traceability information for. |

3. The detailed information of the selected crop in the pond will be displayed. This includes the start and end dates of the farming cycle, the stocking date, the number of post-larvae stocked, pond transfer details, growth analysis based on shrimp size measurements using TOMOTA S3, and the harvest records. |

4. In the harvest information section, a QR code containing traceability details will be displayed. You can scan this code to view detailed information. Alternatively, in the mobile app, you can click on 'Submit TCRS' to access detailed traceability information and generate a report for traceability records. |

5. After scanning the QR code or clicking 'Submit TCRS,' you will be directed to the detailed traceability report. This report includes key information such as: Harvest Information: Harvest date, buyer, shrimp size, quantity harvested, survival rate, and feed conversion ratio (FCR). Pond Information: Pond ID, size, type, farm name, and location. Supply Information: A list of inputs used during the farming cycle, including feed, vitamins, probiotics, and other additives, along with their respective trace IDs. Environmental Information: Key water quality parameters such as pH and alkalinity. Shrimp Growth Data: Growth analysis displayed through images and shrimp size measurements at different stages of the farming cycle. With this traceability report, you can track the entire shrimp production process, ensuring transparency and compliance with quality standards. |
